Shipping Info
We offer one of the fastest deliveries for products in all of Qatar with same-day or next-day delivery. There is a flat rate of 30 QAR for each order, however if a order exceeds 3 items, there is a flat rate of 50 QAR charge.
Returns & Refunds
7-day returns ONLY.
You can return your order within 7 days of delivery, however, to do so, these are some requirements needed.
- Unworn and unused, with tags still on.
- In the original box or packaging.
How can I start a Return/Refund?
- Message us on WhatsApp at [number] with your order number.
- We'll tell you how to send it back.
- Once we've checked it, we'll refund you within 1-5 business days.
My package is damaged/not the right item:
- If we sent the wrong item or the product ITSELF got damaged, tell us within 48 hours with a photo. Damaged packaging cannot be accepted for refunds/returns.
- Worn, washed or damaged items can't be returned.
- Return shipping is free.
